It rises to the required height and comes to a stop. A glass, a plate, a forgotten or anticipated object. It does not decide what it holds, nor for how long. It is there to sustain the moment. Its silver structure is precise; lead keeps it faithful to the ground. A die regulates its height, as if the object accepted the minimal chance of each situation. Nothing is fixed; everything adjusts. Together, several of them form a landscape.
